In the year 2010, a new department –“Advanced Genetic Centre”- was opened for the general public to benefit from the facility of genotyping and parentage verification of camels, and to get avian sexual identification. By September 2013, more than 5000 camel blood samples have been analyzed for camel genotyping and parentage verification.
